Hello,im new here so i would like to know what might happen to my new vga

I used to run on 200 fps average low settings on my old HIS Ice Q 6970 but it wore off. Then i decided to use Zotac GTX 750 ti which i expect to run much smoother than my old card, but i was wrong tho.Game was running barely on 150 fps (CS:GO on low settings which is the same settings i use before) but i dont know why,and also i had upgraded my PSU to corsair v550 too.

any answer will be appreciated, pls help me guys :(

Solution
The 6970 is about 20% stronger than a 750ti.

So, everything looks to be working normally.
And since they don't make monitors with a refresh rate higher that 144hz.... it'd be impossible for you to see that higher FPS anyways.
