Im having problem with my build..basically I don't know which one to pick and/or which one is better for gaming...

Price is based on my country
Palit GTX 960 4GB 128-Bit bit in my country is $235
Intel i5 4460 (3.4 Ghz Quad Core) Haswell Refresh is $188

Palit GTX 960 2GB 128-Bit is $212
Intel i3 4170 (3.7 Ghz Dual Core) Haswell Refresh is $116

Things to consider:
1. Im just a student, so I can't get higher than GTX 960
2. Will GTX 960 perform better than GTX 950?
3. Is it worth it to go with GTX 960 than GTX 950?
4. Do I need to change my motherboard and/or psu or both can settle Seasonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze and ASRock H97M Anniversary

I wanna play games like witcher 3, the division, fallout 4 , outlast, shadow of mordor and any other modern games out there..i don't really care if the settings are low or medium or high

AND NO I wont play in 1080p just maybe 1366x788 or something like that

Solution
i5 + 2 GB card.

The 960 4 GB is kinda pointless as it doesn't really have the HP to use all the VRAM.

Another alternative would be a R9 380 with more power for slightly less money than the 960.

Edit: Just noticed the resolution. Heck, the 950 would be fine at that.

anyways... no R9 380 is $242 in here (Sapphire R9 380 Dual-X OC 258-Bit 4GB)...that i can manage to buy, but will make me stick to the i3 plus getting a better psu so its a no...and i heard amd drivers suck..and had mediocre reviews about the Sapphire R9 380 Dual-X OC 258-Bit 4GB

the 950 huh? so it can play those games? on what settings? low-to-medium?

but thanks for the info.. how far is 950 to 960 anyway? will i se it when i play games..how much fps drop?
