You should be fine with a 750 Ti, I wouldn't go much higher than that. It will be alot better than your GT 620

According to this your setup meets the recommended requirements, so the game should run fine on your PC. That being said I don't know what settings you can play at or the FPS you will get but I am sure it will be playable until you get your new GPU.

Overall 750ti should be fine with fx6300 cpu. it is going to be way better than gt620. However, you might run into some issues with CPU intense games. Anyway you look at it 750ti is >>>>gt620 and fx6300 is adequate for low end gaming.
