Corsair H60 installation help

I got the h60 2013 edition and I have a 120mm exhaist on the back which has rubber grommets instead of screw holes to install fans so i will install it there so how should my orientaion be? Fan intake on radiator from inside or intake on the outside part. Or should i make it exhaust as i have two 120mm 90cfm front intake and a side exhaust over cpu. No top fan mounts.

Well, personally I'd never build with a Corsair CX PSU, and it is a low-power unit, but if it was sufficient for your system prior to the cooler, I don't see the cooler causing an issue - the cooler doesn't draw much power and gets connected to headers on the motherboard anyway, so no cables from the PSU is needed.
