Long story Short My Homebuilt PC of 7 years died(Mobo&cpu are shot). I dont have much of a budget but can reuse certain parts and just need to get these 3 pieces to get a working PC again.

CPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113346&cm_re=AMD_FX-9370-_-19-113-346-_-Product
Ram - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226757
Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138372R

Im trying to reuse my XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 Heatsink. Is this possible with this cpu?

I will probably jump right on that but the cpu I posted above had better benchmarks(I know Benchmarks arent everything) Is what I posted no good? Just trying to understand a little. Thanks man!

Edit - Just noticed the Ram is much better at DDR4, Is that the reason its better overall?

The 9590 is terrible, it gobbles up watts and shits out heat.

OP, the 6600 wasn't a great choice. It's 230 dollars on newegg. For 10 bucks more, you could've gotten the k version (unlocked), which is also .2 GHz faster. The non k doesn't really make sense. The unlocked version is always better to get, especially as a gamer, because if you feel you aren't satisfied with your frame rates, or they're almost what you wanted, then you can just overclock your processor and get those frames. Anyway, besides that, the RAM you chose was great, as it had no giant heat spreaders on it. You don't need an i7, as the extra threads will be no use to you.
