On 1080P it will do fine in all games. You won't be able to max out demanding games. It's acceptable for recording. With Nvidia Shadow Play you should be fine.

The PSU wattage is an overkill for that build. If you are not planning on upgrading your GPU, a 430W PSU should be more than enough.
