Is there a program out there that will let me examine what's wrong with my computer? I'm getting all these random blue screens of death for like 4 different reasons.

Edit:
CPU: intel i5 6500
Mobo: Fata1ity Z170 Gaming k4
GPU: MSI R9 390
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw 2400 DDR4 4x2

Some of the blue screen errors I can think of off the top of my head is like,
critical structure
irql not less or equal
memory something.
and a host of them more

And i'm fine with completely uninstalling and then reinstalling windows if it means all this will stop. I just want my own stable PC :( Spent way too much money on this for it to break so easily D:

It used to BSOD under low load. Like i'd just be typing on Toms Hardware and I got blue screened like 5 times in the process of writing out my original post. I ended up reformatting my drive and now I haven't gotten blue screened yet. Last time, I think I installed some faulty drivers or something that was causing my pc to go bad so now i'm scared to install any drivers at all. Got any recommendations as to which drivers I actually need to download? I have a Fata1ity z170 Gaming K4 MOBO

The only things I can think of that I use are the graphics drivers and lan/wifi drivers, you should be okay installing anything though really, unless the AMD driver is causing the issue, if it BSODs again, try an older version of the AMD drivers.
