Is there a program out there that will let me examine what's wrong with my computer? I'm getting all these random blue screens of death for like 4 different reasons.

CPU: intel i5 6500
Mobo: Fata1ity Z170 Gaming k4
GPU: MSI R9 390
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw 2400 DDR4 4x2
Some of the blue screen errors I can think of off the top of my head is like,
critical structure
irql not less or equal
memory something.
and a host of them more
And i'm fine with completely uninstalling and then reinstalling windows if it means all this will stop. I just want my own stable PC
Spent way too much money on this for it to break so easily D:
