My back and front panel usb 3.0 ports aren't working but my usb 2.0 are working

I have a Ga-F2a88xm-d3h (rev 3.1) motherboard and none of the usb 3.0 ports are working. I'm new with building pc's so i don't know what to do. i need help please

The USB2.0 should work w/o having to load factory drivers. If your KB and mouse doesn't work on those ports, try a different kb and mouse.
What OS did you install? Did the KB/mouse work when installing the OS?

No they arent installed but when i try to install them they dont work it says "cant open file, file name* as archive "

They are on the disk that came with your motherboard. Run the "autorun" option of the disk and install the driver.

I have a crappy mouse and keyboard that i tried to plug into the usb 3 could it because of the keyboard and mouse and not the computer
