1| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? You can also try flashing it again with the latest revision using Mflash.
2| Have you made sure that the ram are populated in the slots as stated in your motherboard manual?
3| Have you tried removing the CMOS battery from your motherboard for at least 15 minutes before replacing it? You may also need to replace it with a fresh battery.
4| Does this happen with a friends GPU?
5| You should also state your full system's specs inclusive of your connected peripherals?
6| It could be a faulty board but before we go to that I'd advise you let your seller in on the issue and ofc contact MSI and also let them know what's happening. Since you seem to own a brand new board, you are entitled to an RMA.
