Would a i7 4820k bottleneck a gtx 980ti?

I have an i7 4820k and I'm looking to get a GTX 980ti, but I'm wondering if it would be bottlenecked by the 4820k.

The cpu is overclocked to 4.1ghz at 1.145 vcore

I concur with cturbo, if nothing else you probably won't even find a game that will fully utilize the 980ti, but that processor will be fine even if you do.
