I want to upgrade my psu and gpu but I'm not sure if it will work, or if its compatible.

Cpu - Haswell i7 4790

Motherboard - 0KWVT8

Memory - Duel channel 16G DDR3

Hard Drive - ST2000DM001-1ER164

OS - Windows 10 64-bit

Current gpu - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745

I don't know my current psu or fans

GPU I want - MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card

PSU I want - EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Fans I want - Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Edition (2-Pack) 39.9 CFM 120mm Fans

Please help I don't know if the parts are compatible, if the fans are god enough for the gpu, if the gpu will fit in my case and motherboard, if the psu will have enough cables to connect to everything, or if my psu has the right cables. Also will upgrading case any problems?

Thanks for your help, sorry if I sound stupid this is my first time (and I don't want to mess it up and get yelled at by my parents for wasting so much money XD)

Yes, all these parts should be compatible. Your GTX 970 requires a 6+8 pin connector and your new PSU supports it so you are okay with your power supply and graphics card. The GTX 970 is compatible with your motherboard as it has a PCIe x16 slot and the GPU should fit in your case as well. If you still have doubts, this guy put a EVGA GTX 970 in a Dell XPS 8700 and it fit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wv98ats_3Hc BTW, the EVGA GTX 970 has nearly exactly the same dimensions as the MSI version. Also, im pretty sure the fans are good enough for the GPU as it will provide adequate airflow.
