Can't Install New Nvidia DRIVERS BECAUSE OF WINDOWS COMPATIBILITY

HI I want to know Why i can't install my nvidia drives 340.66

this is because when i opened the program rhinoceros 5 it appeared a message that is says that the program will crash if i don't update it and i downloaded it but it couldn't be installed

So to get this right, you are saying Rhino 5 is giving you an error message saying if you don't update the program it will crash. Or are you saying if you don't update the Quadro drivers it will crash?

Either way, I suggest downloading the newest drivers anyways and also installing the newest patch. If Rhino 5 won't let you install a patch in Windows 7, than you need to contact them to find out why you can't install it.
