alright here is my part list? - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Nf3s6h

here is the only concern i have, i am getting this NZXT 820 case with a lot of USB ports, and also with pre installed fans, the one thing i am very unsure of, is if i will have enough slot/connectors on the motherboard. I tried to get a close up of the motherboard to see the slots and connectors, but i could not really figure it out. I am aware that the case has a fan controller already but im not sure how many pin connectors it will take. also the case has 20 pin usb connector, and i did not exactly saw any place for that on the MSI M5.

all of your help is well appreicated. I am pretty new to building PC's, so i am not enlightened enough yet.

You can find the manual for the motherboard here.

20 Pin USB 3 connector port you can plug into is labeled JUSB3 on the diagram for the motherboard.
Seems the fans that come in the case are connected to the fan controller which if its like the two nzxt cases i have. The power to those fans is supplied through the controller so the Three System Fan connectors should be free to place more fans if you wish. They are Labled SYSFAN1, SYSFAN2, and SYSFAN3 on the motherboard diagram.

As far as the USB ports the JUSB3...

As far as the USB ports the JUSB3 port that will take care of your front panel Two USB 3.0 connectors.
And then you have a JUSB2, and JUSB1 ports one of these will more than likely be used by your case to connect the USB 2.0 front panel connections.

Seems you are all good.

Diagrams are way better for figuring out how to connect or if you will be able to connect components vs looking at stock photos only.
