Can i crossfire AMD R7 250X 1 gb with onboard hd3000 graphics in 760G chipset mobo?

No you can't crossfire an AMD with onboard intel. You can run only on the r7 250x, you can't increase the vram as well.
well, i have AMD processor which i have updated now, and the onboard graphics is radeon 3000. so i was wondering if i can hybrid crossfire onboard radeon 3000 with R7 250X. i have seen that both the GPU and mobo are crossfire enabled.

The FX 4100 doesn't have an integrated GPU. You must have an APU to be able to use Dual Graphics (crossfire between integrated and dedicated) AND EVEN THEN you cant use it, because your GPU is r7 250x and the highest supported GPU for dual graphics is the r7 250 (depending on cpu).
