If hynix makes components for corsair memory, is hynix memory the same?

So I took the heatsink off this corsair vengeance I got. It says Hynix on the chips.

If Hynix makes the memory components for corsair to manufacture, wouldn't it be better to just buy modules manufacturered by Hynix?

Solution
Well look at the hynix, it's just plain memory while the corsair has a heatsink and whatnot, so generally should be better for overclocking. Basically like looking at a generic nvidia GPU and an EVGA(or asus or gigabyte or anything) GPU, uses the same chip but with some flavor thus making it even better.

Was reading a crucial post about how great their RAM is because they not only manufacture the chips, but the modules.

I am understanding that you are saying the difference between Hynix and Corsair would be the quality of the heat sink and thermal adhesive, right?
