Alright. So I have created a wooden PC Case (for fun and as a High School project) for a gaming PC build.
Before you say anything: No it doesn't catch on fire, and all insulated/trapped heat will not be that significant.

To the point:
I am having worries on static build up when building the PC, and/or leaving it. Since the chassis isn't metal (but the motherboard tray/mount will be), there isn't really something indirect that I can touch to discharge myself or to clip an antistatic clip to.
What do I do to discharge myself and the PC if there could be any?

Besides that, is it a possibility to have spontaneous static discharge within this wood PC?

Thanks, and ask me anything if you need to know extra info.

Will this still prevent static discharge when I touch the components?

But if so, why do professionals/experience PC Builders still use those anti-static wristbands, when they really are unnecessary?
