I was booting linux Mint OS from my USB flash drive when the boot crashed.
So i restarted on windows but My Computer didn't show my USB drive.
I checked the USB port and it was okay. And i tried Disk Management as well but nothing worked.
so used disk part. When I gave the clean Command on it
After selecting the USB volume when i tried to "clean" it went like this:

Solution
Hey there, asifbro1.

Unfortunately diskpart will not be able to perform a low level format to a drive with "no media". You could use another flash drive with Ubuntu Live, to see if that OS is able to recognize the problematic pen drive and format it. If that doesn't help you could try the USB flash drive manufacturer's formatting tool (most manufacturers offer such tools for their flash drives and memory cards), to see if it's able to reformat it and fix the issue. Another option would be to try an HDD diagnostic tool which supports low level format (a.k.a Write Zeros and try it out).

Hope that helps.

Thanx alot man!!!
(most manufacturers offer such tools for their flash drives and memory cards) that saved my Transcend flash drive after being ruined by Unetbootin (clean did not work, nothing worked), i used Unetbootin to create a bootable drive to update a certain SSD firmware.
I found the format tool (OnLineRecovery, which is generic for all their drives) from Transcend on thier website.
