Wierd temps after Doing a win 10 reset

So Yesterday i faced the brutal windows 10 blue screen of death i managed to get it fixed and decided to reset my win 10 deleting all files from all drivers leaving it stock ... but wen i installed HW monitor i noticed my temps were a bit crazy ... in idle its goes from 31º to 37º and before it should stay o 30º to 31º my gaming temps are worse now... i had a nice 50º to 51º now 55 to 57º any one can help me?

im considering going back to windows 7 ....

I would consider loading the latest Intel Chipset drivers (or AMD if you have it)

I would also make sure the video card drivers are up to date.
Lastly, check the bios settings, specifically power management.
