Hey there,
I'm in need of some help with my computer concerning the CPU respectively the measured physics score with 3DMark Fire Strike.

My system configuration is the following:

Asus Maximus VIII Extreme
Intel i7-6700k, cooled by Noctua NH-D15
2x MSI Geforce GTX 970 in SLI mode
2x G.Skill Ripjaws 16 GB DDR4-3200
1x 500 GB SSD
Windows 10 64 bit home

The results in 3DMark Fire Strike say:

Graphics score 22784
Physics score 7323
Combined score 4501

Here is a link to the 3DMark result. The physic score is a little bit lower there, because I had Nvidia PhysX running by the CPU before, I changed that back to the GPUs afterwards.

As you see, the physics score is very low. I know there are a lot of guides and similar threads here about this topic, so I'm fine with links to other threads with similar configuration and/or problem. If anyone has some special tips for me, I appreciate them. I didn't change much in the BIOS yet, just changed some settings for the RAM like voltage and timings. If more information is needed, please say so.

Maybe you are right, but I don't own a current, performance-hungry game to check this. Maybe ARK. It runs poorly on highest settings, but it's still a pre-release software, so this could be part of the problem there, too. So I just have benchmarks to test my system.
