Can't connect to game servers, but can surf internet.

I have 2 PC. they both are using ethernet cable. when i tried to launch steam , it says "cant connect to steam server". when I tried to play Guild Wars 2 it says the same cant connect to server thing. It's happening to my both computers. i tried to restart my router but still the same results. pls help me ASAP

I suggest you read the manual for your router and how to access and configure it.
And also google port forwarding in routers, to open up game ports for the games you play.

That is what you need to do, you just need to read up on how to do it.
