Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Whichever is cheapest and most reliable.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1680x1050

Before posting here I assembled a build on pcpartpicker, you can view that here. If you read everything before this, you'll know that I'm reusing my current HDD, and I'm not knowledgeable on motherboards/PSU (as far as I know, 600W is overkill for the build, but there's nothing <500 that is modular/semi-modular). The i5-4460 apparently does not have overclocking capability, from that I've heard that purchasing cooling is unnecessary.
Furthermore, I've heard that your motherboard basically dictates how much you can upgrade in the future -- I'm not keen on spending an excessive amount on a motherboard, but I want something that won't essentially limit me.
Another thing to not do - I'm firm on my GPU/CPU/Case choice, please do not disregard this. Any suggestions on any other component (motherboard, PSU, RAM (I want 16GB ram), cooling, is greatly appreciated.
I'll be happy to answer any questions about the build/my intentions! Thanks!
