Hello,
I want to buy a new monitor these days, and I narrowed my choice to two models.
1. Asus VX239H (maybe even MX239H, if it's really worth the price difference - http://www.gigatronshop.com/monitori/asus_led_ips_23_vx239h_full_hd-34463)
2. Samsung LS24D590PL (http://www.monitor.rs/monitori/Samsung-LS24D590PLX)
Now, mostly I play games (CSGO, LoL sometimes...), but I also do some web design and work in Photoshop and Lightroom, and I prefer IPS monitors.
Also, my current job is done on the computer so I need a "not tiring for eyes" kinda option.
Asus looks good, but the speakers are an unnecessary option for me. A lot of people said that the touch-sensitive buttons
for settings can sometimes be a pain, while the Samsung has a little "joystick" which only has "problems" with a bit more complicated turning on/off part.
Samsung also has a metal stand and looks very nice, but I wanted to check with you. For my needs, in terms of characteristics, price/value ratio and other stuff,
which one would you recommend? I think that I can't go wrong with any of these two (three, if I count MX in), but I just want to be on the safe side.
Right now I'm using a 10 year old LG W2243S monitor connected with a VGA cable to my GTX 760 card,
and I would like to connect my new monitor with an HDMI cable.
