See if you can find a logitech g9x but only brand new (are still some around in original package sealed but price might knock you over ) or g502 should be your choice (as most decent choice from what is available right now)...
i have like a collection of fliping mices always trying to get something better then the g9x for fps but.... i am afraid except g502 the rest are pretty behind, in terms of accuracy, endurance and comfort... as personnally i am not impressed in a mouse in how good it looks how many colour shifts, how many are buying it, and other crap gimmick like is fed to some tournement from the sponsors...
NOTE: As you say you are new to pc gaming, maybe you should start first with something more basic: wired, usb, laser, and has a decent size for your hand, and take it from there rather then spending almost as much as a motherboard on a mouse... when you step up to another level of gaming like hardcore or just a bit addicted to a certain game, step up then as you will now by then what you need and what would advantage you. even then the gain is minimmal i would say from a cheap decent mouse to a very performant one depending of game, but might give just the little extra that does the difference.
Thanks for the reply! but when I said im new to pc gaming I mean I have recently decided to build a rig but I have been playing counter strike for a while and I am just looking for a very precises and accurate mouse that will help me get those one taps and all I was recently playing on a laptop so my ping and fps made it difficult I just need a mouse to make it more accurate and will make up for my 60 fps when everything is turned down very low on my laptop.
i gues every one will agree that g502 is one of the best options, the other options more or less are exposed pretty decent here. Just make sure as you come from a laptop that you put on your rig a 144hz monitor a gtx 960 or amd r9 380 will drive any fhd 144hz monitor above the required fps and guarentee low lag... i downgraded myself from 27" ips 144hz tho viewing angles are stunning to tn 144hz and tho in any other game ips is ok in cs seems like speedy tn is still the king... now depending how future proof you want your rig and what else you use it for that exposed can be a minimum or optimal... this above are most important but obvious the platform must not let you down... and a i5 or fx 8300 are some points i would not go under unless for intel you choose i3 6100 skylake on a win10 but i would not go for any other i3 from older generations in terms of csgo (trust me on this as fluidity is affected).
i am pretty sure you already decided on your rig but the above are suggestions that i think should be taken in the account otherwise you might get dissapointed after spending some money on a rig that not serve the purpose.
A BIG NOTE: avoid wifi for csgo as far as tested i think is the only game encountered so far that is very sensitive to latency introduced by wifi in cs go 3ms you loose becouse of your wifi card compared to wired lan can be a deal breaker, and i have to say 3 ms or2 ms you can achieve on wifi only with a pretty expensive router and a pcie dedicated expensive top of the range card...
ps: i play csgo, wot, dota, witcher 3, bf4 at the moment, and i play cs since 2001 and went from 1.5 to 1.6 source and csgo(first cs pc rig i had was equiped with AMD Duron 800mhz and Riva TNT2 32MB and the lan used to be a maximum 10mbps connection) ; i passed the transition from lan to wi-fi; the transition from crt to lcd and oh my lcd were shit at the bigining and to be fair still are but some are decent now for cs in terms of input lag...
