How long before I need an upgrade?

I just built this rig, and only spent around $320 because I found some excellent deals online and from friends. I've had it for a few weeks now, with absolutely no problems. I do, however, want to know how long you guys think this hardware will last in the coming years with all the new software and games. Thanks!

CPU: FX 8350
GPU: Vapor X HD 7970 3GB
RAM: Klevv Fit 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
MOBO: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
PSU: Seasonic S12 II Bronze
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO

If your playing AAA games, you might not need an upgrade for a long time. But your GPU may need an upgrade in a few years since it's a fairly old GPU

Impossible to tell, if you keep good care of the machine (i.e. cleaning out dust), the hardware could last several years. But as to performance, there is no way to tell as hardware lasts only as long as it fits your needs or until you have the money to upgrade.
I built my computer in Dec. 2010 and the only thing I've done is upgrade the case, GPU and PSU, and that was just this last december. There is no telling what requirements developers will have up next, but the ones lately have been misleading and probably paid by Intel to list them as they have.
