Gigabyte motherboard - memory problem

Hi!

I have a Gigabyte H55M-UD2H motherboard and a Hynix HMT151R7BFR4C-H9 (4GB 1333MHz 2Rx4) RAM.
The PC doesn't boot with this RAM, shuts down after about 5 sec. Is there any way to get it working or should I change it?

Popatim called it, the stick is Registered ECC DRAM - you want non-ECC DRAM (also with your chipset, you want DRAM with low density memory chips like the GSkill NT series of value DRAM
