I figured it out. My mobo was the issue It was not giving enough power like you figured. I ended up overclocking anyways I just can't use high-end stress tests, prime95 etc. As these will express max load.

Can you tell me what SW is? I been using cinebench as far as stability goes.

SoftWare, any programs you normally run like games and apps, if they work right whole system is stable enough. If you run benchmarks make sure you compare results in only one at a time and with same version or results may vary. Cinebench is good but not good relation for games.

Can you recommend me a guide line stability test for games? Cause like I said, I use cinebench as a guide line for overall stability, considering I can't use stress tests. You said cinebench isn't a game type program what do you reckon then?

3D Mark, Heaven Benchmark or OCCT for whole range of testing together with graphs etc.
http://www.3dmark.com/ has benchmark for several types of games.
https://unigine.com/products/benchmarks/heaven/ is kinda general game benchmark and also measures whole system, while http://www.ocbase.com/ is general testing tool for whole system.
