That ROSEWILL one will probably work. I trust the PSU that come in ROSEWILL cases.

Rosewill put's budget PSU's in their cases , they have real good lineups , but not the cheap ones they bundle with cases.

I had a r519-bk case and the PSU lasted me for 3 years already. I see no problem with it. But sometimes I've seen them use allied PSU which is on the do-not-ever-use and fire hazard list.

My advice is buy a cheaper case 20-30 dollars and get a 80+ PSU from XFX, you will still be on budget with a better PSU.
