GTX 960 4gb or GTX 770 4gb .......... Which one would last longer......?

Hello guys , I am building a budget gaming pc ............. And where i live gtx 960 4gb and gtx 770 4gb costs the same......
I was thinking which one should i buy and which one would last longer................
if i manage to sli them in a year or maybe two which one would give better performance . I would be playing newer games like assassin creed syndicate , witcher 3 , just cause 3 , doom , nfs 2015 , cod bo 3 .............
So. which one you suggest in terms of performance for handling newer games.....
I would be doing 900p gaming

last longer ?? that can be down to end user abuse or luck of the draw any card can last years on just months ?

to me I feel it maybe best to go with the latest tech not buy the past today ??

in the end it all about what YOU feel is best for YOU and your needs

gtx 770 is available from msi , evga and gtx 960 is available from gigabyte

well if you look at giga's 900 cards at newegg and there review ratings you may see there not the best rated by there endusers ?? like at the most 50% when other brands cards hold 70+% ???

why would I look at or concider a card that usere rating is 50% or less over a card that gets 70% or higher ??

hmmmmm....... [opinion]

in the end all you can do is read up on reviews and what not and make a judgment call on what you feel is best for you ??

thing is the 770 maybe slightly a ''better'' card but then it is a now phased out card and been discontinued ?? tough call

where i live only gigabyte card costs same as 770 (250$)... msi or evga cards costs more (300$)......
i think 770 would be enough as it costs 250$ and it give 10-15% more performance than gtx 960.....
I am going to buy 770 and suggest me how much psu would be required to run 770 without any trouble
