msi x99a sli krait edition memory slot issue {(bios update) oc genie 4}

i was using Quad-Channel mode DIMM1, DIMM3, DIMM5, DIMM7 as in the manual for the last four months, but after updating the motherboard (msi x99a sli krait edition) to latest update through msi life update 6, every thing was working fine until i used the oc genie 4 in the bios to overclock both cpu and the memory. the result after restart wont show up anything,power was on ,cpu fan running, so i cleared CMOS,even after that nothing show up on the monitor. then i tried to move some memory. it worked with DIMM3, DIMM7 with the rest of them it can not boot. so i thought it was the bios so i downgrade the bios from version No.5 to NO.4 and goes like this only one memory stick work on either DIMM3 or DIMM7. on the motherboard if i put Multi-BIOS Switch to B which for some reason have bios version No.5 i can use two memory stick on DIMM3, DIMM7 again. so i am sure that the problem not in the hardware but in the software or maybe i am wrong about that. so if any one had the same issue and find a solution to it i will be thankful for the help.

More about msi x99a sli krait edition memory slot issue bios update genie
  1. I'd set everything back to efaults (can clear CMOS), then just try OCing the CPU through the BIOS and use XMP to set the DRAM, the OC Genie isn't very good even when it works, most all of these OC programs use higher voltage than needed and are rather generic

    thank you for replying but, i did clear CMOS and set everything as it was, but still i only can use two memory sticks in DIMM3, DIMM7. when i put Multi-BIOS Switch to B and if i added any more memory it want boot.

    Today in bios i used " Load optimized defaults" on "Multi-BIOS Switch A". the result i was able to use "Dual-Channel mode" DIMM1, DIMM5.

    best for all.
