I always assume ground. Although I could be super wrong. But I do know that the power switch really doesn't care either way. It's a momentary switch that just bridges the connections when it is pressed. You can actually turn on the PC by connecting the two pins with the head of a screw driver.

I'm assuming you have the Power_On cables, those are not polarized so it doesn't matter which goes where - your led's are polarized so they will indicate which is + and -
