Where do I plug my CPU cooler into ?

It goes to the CPU fan header on the top of the motherboard.
Its only 3 pins for power, as the actual fan controls are handled by corsair link via the micro usb to 2.0 internal header.

In the video at about 1 min 40 seconds he says plug in the 4 pin power cable to the CPU fan header on the motherboard . But my picture as I'm holding the power cable it only has 3 pins ?

Awesome Gam3r01 . Thank you. Does it matter if it's plugged left side of the fan header leaving one pin exposed on the right or plugged right side of fan header leaving one pin exposed on the left ?
