Please help me out

if your driver are up to date and all other thing are ok then probably some program is not compatible with some drivers, I have problem with graphic drivers and msi afterburner, close the afterburner then runs ok start it again and fps drops on most games.

So try disabling startup programs one by one and maybe you will find your problem, like I do!

What i would i suggest, is to do a fresh install of windows 7 and then upgrade from there, windows 10, when fresh installed can be slow due to having to many 'default applications' installed at the first boot up. Also if you are not keen on a fresh install, go through the windows apps and don't be afraid to delete some, you can check in the task manager, which background apps are hogging up cpu/gpu performance.

Have you tried going into the Nvidia control panel and disabling V-Sync? I've seen this cause some issues before on games
