I am going to buy a sapphire radeon HD 6870 graphics card , i7 skylake 6700k cpu and a cryorig h7 49.0 cfm cpu cooler, WD 2 TB 3.5-inch Internal Hard Drive - Black, Samsung 2.5 inch 1 TB 850 Evo Solid State Drive and a ASUS H170 PRO GAMING Intel LGA1151 ATX Motherboard USB 3.0, SATA 3, HDMI and DVI this will all go into the high performance gaming pc atx case screwless front usb 3.0 and sound but I don't know what power supply I need thanks - Awesome_2





 
This is extremely unbalanced for a gaming rig. The GPU won't even properly run modern triple-A games while the CPU will sit there fiddling its thumbs. You're also getting an unlocked CPU with a motherboard that doesn't support overclocking.

Get a 480GB OCZ Trion SSD instead of 1TB 850 Evo, get an i5 6600k with a Z170 motherboard (recommend MSI Krait and above), and get a much better GPU (R9 380X - R9 390X). For the PSU you can get an EVGA 750B2.
 
Just because something "is better" doesn't mean sacrificing other things for it is better. With this rig you wouldn't be able to play modern triple-A games (Witcher 3, GTA V, Battlefield 4, Battlefront etc.) because while you'd have a great CPU your GPU would be useless by today's standards.
