solve the my problem convert windows 8.1 32 bits iso to 64bits

i have windows 8.1 pro 32bits iso but my laptop is dell vostro 3546 and it needs 64bits to run drivers
so how can i convert it into 64bits?

Its a bit rough that dell only have win 8 64 bit drivers for that machine, I wonder if the win 7 32 bit drivers are still good enough as some makers only update drivers if they have to for them to work on new os. Its rather starange they don't have 32 bit drivers all the same... its same for win 10, 32 bit is just not good enough for them I guess.
