best motherboard to oc a i5 6500

i want a motherboard in the sub 15k
i checked that lot of people use the asrock extream 4
there is also the as pro gaming z170
the asrock comes with the dual bios whic is a feature i liked in the case the bios or oc would fail

i5 6500 is officially not meant for OC.
I read somewhere that Intel is planning to deactivate OCing via base frequency. Be careful with your future updates (most-likely BIOS update), since you might loose that.

Note:
OCing via multiplier is still better than via base frequency.
