New build PC running slow after 2 weeks of working fine

I have recently built a new pc, and it has been working fine for around 2 weeks, consistently staying above the 144fps cap whilst gaming. However over the last couple of days it has begun to run slow, games are now running at 30-50 fps, even chrome is taking a long time to open new tabs, follow links etc.

I have checked my cpu/gpu temps which all seem normal.
I have used slim drivers to update all my drivers
I have scanned with various anti-viruses including avg and malwarebytes
I have updated my mobo bios

This is my buildhttp://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/w3v2qs

I have no other ideas of what could be causing this
Any help would be appreciated

What has changed?

I do not know what "slim" drivers updating is, but I suspect that is the cause.

You have covered the usual suspect causes.
I suggest you reinstall windows.
Use the supplied driver cd to install drivers only.
In time, windows update will update necessary drivers.
Do not select the easy "all" default or you will install crapware and trialware that you may not want.

I can't think anything really changed, there were no windows updates or anything around where it began to run slow

From what I understand slim drivers just searches for drivers applicable to your hardware and offers the downloads. This was a program I added after the issues began

I would uninstall it.
If that does not fix your problem, reinstall windows.
