I recently purchased a R9 380x from Newegg... let's say 40 days ago, ish. A week later I received the card. I put it into my computer and it starts giving me blue screens, and crashing my computer a lot. I took it to the Geek Squad over in Best Buy, and they told me the GPU was at fault, and that it was a simple manufacturer error, so I had the card replaced. Another week later (It's been a total of around 3 weeks since ordering the card now) I got my replacement... Same problems. So I decide to just refund the card and buy a 960, which uses less power, and by reviews, is considered more reliable. So I go to Newegg.com and attempt to refund the card, however it says that it's been too long since buying it, so I can't refund it or get a replacement. Right about now I'm really ticked off. It's counting the original date and not the day I got the replacement, so I can't refund it? Now I've got a $250 paperweight just sitting at my house. Is there anyway to refund this?
