I'm building a new pc under 40k(inr) .... I have selected two builds...but i wanna know which will be better..

1)i3 6100/gtx 950/8gb ddr4/msi-h110m/vs-550/1 tb hd/no ssd
2)i3 4160/gtx960/8gb ddr3/asus-h81m/vs-550/1tb hd/no ssd

I'm confused which I should choose....
I would be obliged if I could get to know if there are better value for money builds under 40k...
I can extend it to a max of 42k(on very tight budget).... Will be looking forward for help :)

This is a very capable build, although the i3 is bottlenecking the gtx960 a little bit, as long as you upgrade to the i5 6500 or 6600k in the future this build will be great for gaming at 1080p. Also, I should add, upgrade to 16 GB of RAM as soon as possible (but only after upgrading your CPU).
