Choosing a 2TB HDD

So I've decided on purchasing a new 2TB boot drive for my system. I'm torn between the following options:

Seagate ST2000DX001 SSHD: 184BGN (BGN = the currency in my country; 1BGN=0.58USD)
Toshiba DT01ACA200 HDD: 138.11BGN
Toshiba P300 HDWD120EZSTA HDD: 180.01BGN

Some clarifications:
1. Why dont you go with WD Black? They're far too expensive here, almost twice the price of the DT01ACA200. A WD2003FZEX costs 256BGN. Besides the price, from what I've read, blacks are way noisier and hotter than their Blue siblings.

2. Why don't you get an SSD? I will eventually get an SSD - but thats going to be atleast a year from now, when I'll do a complete system upgrade. It's just not economically feasible for me right now.

3. Why don't you get a larger capacity HDD? My current setup doesn't have a UEFI BIOS, so I won't be able to utilize a 3TB drive as a boot drive. Besides, 2TB would be plenty for my needs.

From what I've learned, Seagate have the highest failure rates, and the only reason I'm considering them is because of that NAND flash on their SSHDs. To be honest, I'd feel much safer with a regular HDD, but I'm unsure how much of an impact on performance the NAND will have.

Regarding the third choice - being quite new to the market, I expect the P300 series of Toshiba to bring somewhat improved performance when compared to the DT01ACA200, but I haven't been able to find any benchmarks on the matter.

Which leaves the option I'm currently leaning towards - the DT01ACA200. The only downside to it that I can see is that it's a bit old - 50-ish months.

So what's your opinion? Should I go for the newer P300, the SSHD or the value option of DT01ACA200?

Thank you in advance!

Seagate. STAY AWAY FROM TOSHIBA HDD's! They drop dead after 1-3 years. Out of all my clients who have toshiba laptops i have replaced EVERY SINGLE ONES HARD DRIVE which was a toshiba.

I'm not a huge seagate fan but i would choose them over toshiba any day.
