I just upgraded my CPU to an i7 4790k and 16gb of ram. I'm going to give my buddy my i5 4670k and G.Skill RipJaws 2x4gb 2133 ram. What would be the best bang for his buck for around $500 including Win10 to make him a gaming pc including the CPU and RAM that I'll give him.

Thanks for helping us out!

This is the part list I came up with, he's not into OC yet so I didn't include an aftermarket cooler.
