I stay at a resort and I used to connect to the wifi and use it but naw my phone a Samsung galaxy s4 got blocked from using the wifi their. I can find the wifi for the resort but it just saves it but will not allow it to connect. I asked at the reception that I'm having this problem and they told me to contact my service provider. but I don't know who and how to contact my service provider could you please help me ways to contact my service provider or other ways to re-connect to the wifi.

Solution
Wi-Fi should be the resort's responsibility because they are the providers. If your phone is running off of 3G or 4G, your service provider's cellular data, and that is not working, then call your service provider. Type in your service provider plus customer service into a search engine and it should give you the number to call for your service provider.

What is cccr hotspot by the way?

as said its the resorts responsibility assuming either free wifi is included in your stay or you purchased access to it

the receptionist probably doesnt have a clue about wifi by the sound of it

you need to speak to some one at the resort higher up than the receptionist who actually understands how wifi works

thats assuming you havent broken any rules that govern the use of their wifi--fair usage--sites that may be offensive etc to get yourself blocked

guessing it may be something coastal resort

Well if you blocked now.
Then two things have happened.

The first likely one is, that the resort should be able to control who has access to the hot spot.
That can be done by registering to receive the service, by setting up an account name and password.

Or it can be controlled, by a stored list of what we call Mac addresses.
Each phone or device that connects to the hot spot has to relay or give it`s hardware Mac address.

The Wi-fi service provider then stores a list of Mac addresses that are authorised to connect to the wi-fi hot spot.
If your Mac address is not registered or stored then it can be refused a wi-fi connection out right.

It has to do with what ever ISP is running the hot spot, or the service provider used.
If you were blocked it may of been because you were not registered to use the service with the device you had for accessing the service.
