will my Non overcloked amd phenom II x4 955 bottleneck my new Gpu ?

There will be bottleneck but it will be an improvement over your current card. Make sure you have a good enough PSU to run it. The wattage will not matter as much as the quality. In my personal opinion I would not upgrade until you upgrade the CPU and the rest of the system. Good luck

Probably it would not help a whole lot. If you plan to upgrade the CPU soon then get the R9 380.
