Will my motherboard support this speed of RAM?

On my motherboard is says its memory standard is DDR4 2133 but I want to use the HyperX Savage DDR4 2800. Will it lower my speed to 2133 or will its be 2800?
Forgot to mention I'm using Intel i7-6700 (skylake) CPU.

As long as the other parameters are OK, it should work, but no guaranteed. Yes the Mobo will run at 2133 unless you are able to over-clock.
