I have an ASUS Strix R9 390 and its memory and core clock are under-clocked when on the desktop. When playing games the memory will go to its stock clock of 1500mhz, but the core clock is still under-clocked.

Used DDU and installed the new drivers, and nope GPU core clock is not reaching max clock and is under-clocking itself in most games.

Its also had a weird crash immediately after I started running a game. Similar to a crash I've been having in which the screen goes black (monitor doesn't sense a video source), KB&M are unresponsive, PC logs just treat it as an me not shutting down cleanly, and now I have an error in event viewer about the intel APU not starting up.

I've been having these crashes more frequently with each crimson update.

Probably the last catalyst driver were the most stable, After that the first Crimson drivers were okay, after the drivers that messed up the HUD for fallout 4 things have been fairly unstable. It might be a bad CPU overclock, but I had the overclock since the beginning and it never gave problems aside when I when I was setting it up. Apparently I only have one crash and that's from 2015 if I'm going by windows crash logs.

These hangups seem to occur mostly when running a game.
