1| Can you please pass on your full systems 's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals?
2| Have you tried tapping the DEL key after you power on your system? That is supposed to be the default key for going into BIOS.
3| Have you made sure that Fast Boot isn't enabled/disabled? You could also try and remove CMOS battery from motherboard and replace it after 15 minutes and see if the BIOS screen comes up.
* often people complain about not having fast boot times, you should be happy to have no BIOS screen popping up
