Cpu usage 30-50% by all internet browsers when opening a video

recently my laptop became laggy only when i open a video on youtube or anywhere else . it should be a video online so it comes crazy . the thing is it started on goolge chrome i disabled acceleration hardware thing i uninstalled and ReUninstall chrome used mozzila firefox , microsoft edge nothing seems to solve this issue and im exhausted i hope you guys can help me thanks

As i always do i solved my own problem by myself it was the audio driver he was outdated i made an update and all is normal 5-7% while watching on the net thanks everybody !

yes i made an update of my gpu recently i think it might be the problem i m downgrading to the previous version ill let u know . power plan is balanced as always and i didnt tried with the battery im plugged in !

i dont think so it never acted like that it was betwwen 10-15 % cpu usage when opening videos i remember
