Need help with motherboard case connectors

I got a new case but I'm having trouble with figuring out which of the case wires go into what connectors on the motherboard.

Both the case wires and (almost all) the connectors on the motherboard are labeled, but I can't make out which goes to what.

I'm asking to see if anyone knows what connectors go where based off the names below

Motherboard connectors (the labeling on/near the connectors on the motherboard itself):
JFP1
JUSB1
JUSB2
JCOM1
JLPT1
JAUD1
JTPM1
JUSB_PW1
And a 4 pin connector going in a straight line with no labeling

Case connector wires (names taken from the labeling on the case connectors themselves):
AC'97
HDA
RESET SW
POWER SW
POWER LED+
POWER LED -
HDD LED
USB

For example I assume JUSB1 would take the 'USB' case connector wire, but I'm not sure about the rest.

This is where 2 user manuals come into play. The motherboard and the case.

Dunesickness,

Just give the brand name of the motherboard you have and it`s model number.
And the brand or model of the tower case you have.

Your motherboard manual has a section detailing the front panel connections and what orientation the wires need to be set to and the exact set of pins to seat them to your motherboard for the front panel switches and led lights to the motherboard.

The only other connections you may need to wire to the motherboard are the Usb1 and usb2 for any usb ports on the front of the case.

And the front audio of the case connector or pins if you have two 2.5mm jack inputs for audio playback and mic input.

The case was given to me by a friend, its a used case but in good condition, didn't come with a manual tho.

I did have a motherboard manual some years ago and it got a bit torn up since then so I had to toss it, but even when I had it I couldn't figure out what went where since I couldn't understand all the technical terms (not very good with computers myself.) I only got the original case up in working thanks to a family member who knew what they were doing.

Ok you can find the make of the motherboard and it`s model number.
By looking at the motherboard it`s self, it is usually silk screen printed with the information on the motherboard.

Mobo model number- H61M-P31/W8
Mobo brand is MSI

And I can't find a serial number on my case, only the 'antec' brand, but this is the closest I can find online to my case. Looks nearly identical with the same amount of drive bays, minus a couple holes in the top that the one in the link has and the color coded connectors on the front:
