depends on quality honestly. there are plenty of products sub $60 like behringer mixers, various phantom power supplies, etc but most of your good quality units are a bit more such as the focusrite solo and better. xlr gives you a bit more options but usb is more convenient. a quality interface can offer a higher recording bit rate but whether that matters to you depends on what you are doing.
if you just want something easy to use and arent worried about upgrading or have a very fixed budget then the atr2500usb is not a bad option.
its cheaper yet but you might be surprised at how decent the neewer nw800 sounds. certainly a good mic for someone who isnt sure if they want to get into recording or not as you dont have to invest as much money. not the same as the 2500 or yeti (it lacks some bass) but good for the price certainly.
another mic i like is the rode nt usb although its out of budget. some good nice bass presence.
