I switched my zqlman cooler with a 4 pin cpu power connector to a liquid cooler with a 3 pin power connector and with the three pin power it shuts off mid cinebench testing at 100% load
I also tried putting a 3 pin fan on the cpu fan power and it still shuts off
I also looked at the broken coolers fan and saw a logic board with a couple chips on them,
Could those be the issue?

1| It'd offer us more insight to your issue if we knew of your full systems specs. Please include your past and present coolers.
2| Have you followed through with the instructions found in your product's installation manual to verify that you're setup isn't to blame?
3| CPU coolers are independent components. The only thing a CPU cooler is intended to do is keep the CPU from overheating while receiving a signal that communicates with the fan and the motherboard to regulate the fans RPM. Otherwise the CPU overheat protection measure kicks in and shuts the system down automatically. Which leads me to ask, what are your temps prior to it shutting down? If you're reaching T Max then your installation or your setup isn't optimal or isn't as...
