Need help here. Im playing at 900p (and happy with my monitor). Should i get the 6500 + 960 for demanding CPU games or 4460 + 970 despite the 900p monitor?
Thanks for the answer. But i'm on a budget so i have to decide betwen going with one or another config. What do you tink is the best option?
That's why I told you to get the i3 6100 instead, you can get the 970 now and then upgrade the CPU in a year or two if you need to. If you plan on upgrading the GPU soon, the i5 6600 and 960 or 950 might be better
Why not consider a i3 6100, 6300, or 6320 and the 970 instead? You get the benefits of skylake plus a faster single thread performance than the other two options (very helpful for most games today)
I'd buy the more powerful set up...Always, if you have the money. Later, maybe on a holiday, you get some spare change, then you upgrade your monitor. Much easier to plug and play than change out new computer parts.

So then get the 970, and how much money do you have to spend again?
